UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

Our aim is to despatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Using our external courier APC.

We normally despatch daily from Wednesday to Thursday for next day delivery. Orders need to be received and acknowledged by 10.30 am for next day delivery.

Our courier will accept instructions (at your risk) to leave your order with a neighbour or in a safe place, you may consider requesting for delivery to your own workplace if this is more convenient. Due to the nature of the product once your order is despatched only one delivery attempt will be made by APC, if your delivery was not successful the product will then be destroyed by APC. Unfortunately no refunds will be given for products destroyed by APC.

Each order is prepared, vacuum packed and placed into reusable polystyrene insulated containers. This method helps keep products fresher for longer making sure your meat arrives to you in perfect condition. Orders are individually cut by hand therefore advertised weights can have a variation of plus or minus 10%.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charge is £20.00, this covers UK Mainland from Wednesday through to Friday. Saturday deliveries and areas outside the mainland will incur a surcharge.

Free Delivery

Delivery on orders over £95 is FREE (same conditions as above).
