Domaine François Carillon Bourgogne Côte d'Or Chardonnay 2020
Fruit for François Carillon’s Côte d’Or Bourgogne Chardonnay is sourced from various plots in Puligny-Montrachet. Matured in French oak barrels (10% new) the wine displays hallmark aromas of white flowers and flinty minerality. On the palate the wine opens with apple and pear fruits that give way on the mid-palate to fleshier stone-fruit, with a superb minerality running throughout.
