The 2013 vintage from Dom Pérignon was smooth sailing in comparison to the 2012, with the pinot noir and chardonnay grapes ripening exquisitely thanks to sun-filled summer in the Champagne region. Striking a perfect balance between refined and rich, this Champagne should age very well indeed, but if you can't wait, then it makes an ideal pairing with the freshest of seafood.
