Made with (very) free range eggs, this lemon curd gets it's brilliant colour because of the fresh grass and old hedgerows the hens roam through all day long.
This is unlike any lemon curd you can buy - even those who don't normally like it after eating the mass produced varieties will be hooked. If you find your jar is running out quickly it's because some is eating it straight from the jar with a large spoon!
